they should be made for your teeth, they shouldnt mess them up..bad breath means that you need to wash them..you cant expect to have something in your mouth for days and not wash them..just like brushing your teeth, if you dont do it daily, you get bad breath..hope this helped..happy new year..

i don't know about any of that. But in my opinion they look really stupid. there are better things to spend your money on.
