Foods/Snacks for 14 month old twins :)?

I have 14 month old twin girls. They are getting bored with the typical foods so I was hoping I could get some new ideas. Here's what they typically eat.

Breakfast:

French Toast Sticks, Eggs, Toast, Bananas, Pancakes, Waffles, Cinnamon Toast

Snack:

Cereal, Bananas, Pudding, Jello, Goldfish, Crackers

Lunch/Dinner:

Chicken Nuggets, Fish sticks, PB%26amp;J, Grilled Cheese, Spaghetti, Ravioli, Vienna Sausage, Mac%26amp; Cheese, Corn, Peas, Green Beans, Carrots

I'm terrified of them choking so, I haven't really ventured away from what I've been feeding them.

1 of them has 8 teeth + a molar....The other only has her 2 bottom teeth....

I would appreciate any ideas! Thank you all in advance!

Try feeding them what you eat. By exposing them to more "grown-up" food now, you will have less chance of having picky eaters down the road. Obviously, you have to exclude steak and other choking hazards, but other meats are fine as long as the pieces are small enough.

My son would just sit on my lap and eat off my plate when we were having dinner. He would eat wild salmon, pork tenderloin, pasta with fresh pesto sauce, tomatoes, quinoa, mushrooms, baby green salad, asparagus, and now at the age of five, he still eats a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, and other healthy foods. He doesn't really care for much "kid food" at all, other than hot dogs.

Definitely start feeding them yogurt (yo can try the YoBaby organic drinks--my son loved those), and introduce as many different vegetables and fruits as you can. If they don't eat them the first time, just keep offering them.
Reply:Snacks:

Cheese

Apple sauce

Soft cookies or arrowroot cookies

Banana cut up
Reply:Cereal bars, fruit salads, and yogurts as well as yogos are great snacks at this age and the foods you have chosen are good just change a few add ham to a grilled cheese or just a simple pasta change from elbows to ziti causes the bordem to go away.
Reply:maybe corn and peas are a lit bit too early for them..because they are little pieces and it might coz choking but the rest it are ok..because they get tried eating that baby food..plus they have teeth they want to chew.

mother of 1 year old
Reply:At this age they can eat just about anything that you do, just cut the food into small portions and let them get on with it, they can chew well with or without teeth.Obviously you will be supervising their meals at this age.My children all ate a wide variety of fruit at this age,the only thing I avoided was whole grapes.
Reply:Gerber has a snack called puffs they come in different flavors, my Great Grandson loves them.
Reply:menu seems fine. but as a twin I must advocate giving them different meals as much as possible, even at an early age it helps each twin form an independent identity.
