I have a pair of teeth grillz and i followed the instructions of holding the grill tight so the mold would dry after 2 minutes. after i've done it about 3-4 times the grill keeps falling out. are there anyways of keeping the grill inside my mouth without the grill falling out?

Get a life and get rid of the grillz. They'll ruin your teeth and they ain't cool.
