Grillz - Why?!?

...why the hell not? As lame as so many people are saying grillz are, as how tacky and styleless they are... heh heh, kidz, what's even lamer is how many of you track down questions where people ask about them and then bash the concept; you go out of your way to say you think they're 'stupid' when all the person is asking is where/how to put some jewelry on their teeth. Grills/z are like rings you wear on your fingers, like your ear piercings you got as a toddler, like your favorite shirt, yadda yadda whatever. Basically, this is a rantish question, but I'd like to hear some opposing firepower (respectfully as can be kept ;) ) as to why one feels the need to shoot down grillz and whether or not -they- are the ones taking on a bashing fad, rather than the "grillers" out there getting on with the flashing fad. Basically, when grillz go outta style, you'll also move onto something else... to bash. I'd say grow up, but maybe 'think young' is more appropriate. BTW I don't own a grill.

One of the most attractive things about a person is their smile. Why ruin yours? I mean, people count down the days until they get their braces off because they're "nerdy", but grillz are just braces with diamonds on them.








And before I get attacked, I didn't hunt it down. I checked it out of curiosity. But I suppose, curiousity killed the cat.

Reply:Because they are stupid! Sometimes I see kids take their gum wrappers and put em on their teeth. It looks ridiculous and I hear that doing that somehow damages their teeth. Plus, its a big turnoff. I don't find it appealing at all when I see someone with grillz. Teeth are meant for eating. Not decorating.
Reply:Well..1. you need loads of money to get grillz 2. people spend so much money it them..perfetick.. 3. you might aswell stick a block of metal in your mouth 4. i dont think women find it very attractive either
