Plastic Tooth Veneers - does anyone know about these?

I just asked a question about these a minute ago - what I am looking for is someone who has a website with info about them. I did not bookmark the site I found the info on before. Here is the original question.

I was surfing hair salon sites the other night and happen to run across a service being offered in a salon somewhere for plastic tooth veneers. They cost around $100 and were basically just plastic "grills" that looked like real teeth.

Does anyone have any information on these?

Plastic veneers are simply composite veneer (tooth colored filling).

Those are cheaper, but less esthetic than a porcelain veneer. The color may change over time, like a normal filling; but its more conservative on the tooth structure than most procelain veneers.
Reply:nope, I've only ever heard of the porcelain ones
