What does the new hip hop word "grill" mean?

I'm guessing it has something to do with teeth, but I guess it could be talking about a belt buckle?

teeth...that question,,,,where did you get your grill doesnt make sense literally so dont worry...they mean the shiny teeth,,,with gold and diamonds

Reply:Grill is not a new word. It has been around for over 10 years. A grill is your mouth but mostly teeth. Take a BBQ grill for example, when you open the grill up you have the racks inside, or the teeth.
