For those of you who have experienced the wonderful world of orthodontics, think “retainer,” multiplied by the extremely absurd. His grill cost upwards of $25,000...what an obscene waste of money!!

Reply:It's a mouthpiece. Most grills seen in videos are removable, which is the reason they have different mouthpieces in every video. He started off creating mouth pieces for some of the biggest rappers before he started rapping. Most of the mouth pieces seen in rap videos these days are made by Paul Wall.
